Mostly settled in.

While I was at the airport, I decided to make several gifs of my favorite pre-fall 2012 shows.

Sometimes I feel like certain designers don't get enough credit. I love the styling in these resort collections. Must have pretty much everything.

McQueen shows that quality is so much greater than quantity. His last/fall collection is minimal in size, but with the most extravagent underpinnings. Again, McQueen stays true to his name as he conquers elegancy with fierceness.

P.S. And the shoes are joygastic.

All hail Sophia and Peter.

Sophia Kokosalaki Fall 2009 Ready-to-Wear
Put such a beautiful spin on metallics, leather, and the sheer fabric. Soft and feminine mixed with hard rock edge.

Peter Pilotto Fall 2009 Ready-t0-Wear
Love this mix with patterns and the fluttery feathers. It's the perfect palette for spring fahsion.

Honey, I named by collection after cake.

While browsing through lookbook.nu, I came across this amazing outfit. Clicked on it... visited her site... found this AMAZING collection... Basbousa.
Love at first site... so adorablely creative... and so British (U.S.(A.) love the Brits.)
Go visit it at http://www.basbousa.com/.

Let's make a fashion statement.

This is how we do...
Let's pretend Isaac Mizrahi is making a fashion statement.

In Fall 2009, we will carry our bags on our heads.

Cause designers are 3 seasons ahead of us.

Yep... it's fall already... in fashion world.

Preen: Cutout remains strong... yeah! But dare I say this? I like these even better than last Alexander Wang's show.

Chris Benz: I love the model (although a bit too tiny for my taste). Love the colors... the the rainbow-paint splatter dresses. And is it just me or do I feel the Twiggy/Edie Sedgwick vibe?

He has a cool name too.

Emanuel Unagro everybody, Emanuel Unagro.

I love his wearable, yet extremely enjoyable pieces. His name isn't as well known as "Marc Jacobs" or "Alexander Wang" (currently), but one day, just one day, Emanuel will be a household name.
Again, Emanuel Unagro. Everybody, Emauel Unagro.
Bravo and Encore.
