Amaturity

I'm taking a fashion art class... and here's my recent drawings...
I know I'm kinda amateur now, but let's see with time...
P.S. The drawings were too large... so when my dad was scanning them, he said that he'll have to cut the shoes off... kinda sad. They were my favorite part in the drawings.

Heart is still in one piece.

God... SAT Prep eats you alive... Got my wisdom teeth pulled out 2 days ago.
I was as terrified as a baby rabbit. But actually it wasn't that bad (maybe it's because they numbed me, afraid that I would flinch again and ruin the whole operation.) so heavily although when they started drilling... freaking nerve.
Now I have a bottle of painkillers to save me (how ironic is that)... *thumbs up, big smiles*...

I bet everybody would love to see my teeth... :) (I saved the bloody skin on there for you all... :D... oh and the shards were from the "primary" in which they "smashed" with a knife).

So I celebrated by wearing my new jumpsuit... Most comfortable piece of clothing that I own by date...

Wintergreen Blazer (Vintage), Black Jumpsuit (Wetseal), Green Scarf-on my head (no idea), Gold Necklace, Brown Belt (Espirt), Brown Boots (Blossom Collection)

P.S. Oh... I forgot to mention, the reason I got my wisdom teeth/tooth pulled out so early was because they were growing at a 45 degree angle (yes I have horrible teeth), so if they hit a nerve... I'm in huge trouble.

RIP the Hero in us all.

Like many, I still can't get over the death of Micheal Jackson. It has made me absolutely speechless. There is no words to describe how great he was or how wide the hole he left in our hearts. (I was actually hoping for a comeback this year. I betted on myself that he'd make a new debut, even greater than Thriller. (Just like that "darling" Britney Spears... *cough*).

I personally did not know him or know his personal life, but what I do know is that he touched us all. May everybody remember him for his accomplishments and not his mistakes.

I quote from my dad (when he learned the news):

"Yeah I know... (although) he made some mistakes, he used to be my hero."
And this is from a midage Asian dad... can you imagine the power he had over us all?
In his memory, here's from the unrivaled music video Thriller:

Billie Jean:

Beat It:

P.S. Not to leave on a sour note, but I was reading on Yahoo about what "people thought of MJ's death" and there were some crude things there... here's my opinion and what I left on the comments section:

"No one could have ever matched Micheal Jackson. No man can deny that the man had talent. His unique voice and lyrics reached to millions and opened doors to many more. He was the cause and gave the effect. God Bless Him... God Bless All Who Knew Him... There Will Forever Be A Unfilled Hole In Our Hearts. Rest Dearly in Peace, MJ.
P.S. And all you shitheads out there who try to joke about this matter, GO TO HELL. Everytime you say something nasty about him, or anyone for that matter... Try putting youself in their position. With all the media and his health problems, let's see if you can deal with it all. Everyone makes erros in life; it's obvious that no matter how great or how much of a role model/hero he started off as, he definitely made some unnecessary mistakes. I'm not saying that because of all his internal problems, it gave him the reason to "molest kids" (which is still not 100% proven in fact), but there is a difference between stating the facts and being crude about it."

No Jenny is Little.

Sources: Taylor Momsen Network, Teen Vogue, fashionista

Taylor Momsen is becoming a little style rockstar... She went from this sweet little princess to this takes-no-mercy goth diva, in like, a night! Nevertheless, I actually adore her newfound style. Completely disagree when people say she dress "too maturely for her age". It's impossible to be dress too mature for your age (just like it's impossible to dress too young for you age). If I had the money, all my outfits would be just liker Taylor's... no doubt.

The Curse of the Alien Gene

I think this is the widest my eyes can go...

Black Military Jacket (H&M Divided), Grey Bubble Tank (Wetseal), Black Shorts (Whale Jeans)

Thank dear God that I survived my exams (doesn't necessary mean I did terrific on them...). So school is out! Free from all things that screams "getting ready for college"... until Monday, where I take my Mon-Fri SAT classes...
Dear God,
What puzzles me from day to day is that while planting ovaries... why in the world did you decide that I, Jennie, would come out with black hair, small eyes, short stature, a "supposedly high IQ", and a studious stamina of a bull? Because you, ominous God, just had to have known that you were prepared for a yellow skinned failure?
Please give some kind of mystical reply... because this has troubled me from the day I was born...
With all due respect,
Jennie

Mental Screams.

Floral Dress (vintage), Beige Jacket (vintage), White Kitten-Heels (vintage)
*Grumble Grumble*...
Definitely not a happy camper. First off... I have finals next week (even though there's no hope to save my grades). And on top of that, I'm sick! Studying in bed is never a good thing, you fall asleep way to easily.
If I still have a pulse by next week... I'll post more later. But for now, I get to indulge in trusty trigonometry, naming atomic bonds, battling World War I/II, annotating the depressing "Sun Also Rises" and gallons of Chinese tea/medicine.

How Much You've Grown.

Black Sheer Shirt (H&M), Black Skirt w/suspenders (Wetseal), Apple Necklace (garage sale), Heels (Fioni), Beige Blazer (Efface)

In my "old" piano teacher's neighborhood... with her dog Jojo-that little furball in my arms. We tried to get her to stay... but she hates pictures.

The world is you body.

Black Cape/Dress, Blue Dress (made by mom), Black/Grey Scarf--worn as belt (Limited), White Converse
Another one of my mom's creations. The dress has the world's navigation as it's print. I had so much fun taking these pictures... huge kudos to my mother and my little sis.
P.S. My nose has really been hurting today... Almost like I broke my the cartilage or something... It's reddish and swollen now. A checkup would be a good idea. But only 2 things blocking my way: transportation and the damn economy.
