RIP the Hero in us all.

Like many, I still can't get over the death of Micheal Jackson. It has made me absolutely speechless. There is no words to describe how great he was or how wide the hole he left in our hearts. (I was actually hoping for a comeback this year. I betted on myself that he'd make a new debut, even greater than Thriller. (Just like that "darling" Britney Spears... *cough*).

I personally did not know him or know his personal life, but what I do know is that he touched us all. May everybody remember him for his accomplishments and not his mistakes.

I quote from my dad (when he learned the news):

"Yeah I know... (although) he made some mistakes, he used to be my hero."
And this is from a midage Asian dad... can you imagine the power he had over us all?
In his memory, here's from the unrivaled music video Thriller:

Billie Jean:

Beat It:

P.S. Not to leave on a sour note, but I was reading on Yahoo about what "people thought of MJ's death" and there were some crude things there... here's my opinion and what I left on the comments section:

"No one could have ever matched Micheal Jackson. No man can deny that the man had talent. His unique voice and lyrics reached to millions and opened doors to many more. He was the cause and gave the effect. God Bless Him... God Bless All Who Knew Him... There Will Forever Be A Unfilled Hole In Our Hearts. Rest Dearly in Peace, MJ.
P.S. And all you shitheads out there who try to joke about this matter, GO TO HELL. Everytime you say something nasty about him, or anyone for that matter... Try putting youself in their position. With all the media and his health problems, let's see if you can deal with it all. Everyone makes erros in life; it's obvious that no matter how great or how much of a role model/hero he started off as, he definitely made some unnecessary mistakes. I'm not saying that because of all his internal problems, it gave him the reason to "molest kids" (which is still not 100% proven in fact), but there is a difference between stating the facts and being crude about it."
