The Infamous Shu-shu
Shu-Shu needs attention so he takes it out on me.
Shu-Shu's apology
"Fa Cai everybody!" (I think I see Little CJ here)

1st off, sorry 4 the delay. I promised updates the next day... but b/c of finals... .... uuurgghh.
Anyhoo, on the eve of Chinese New Year, my family and I went to this family's house to celebrate. There were all adults so I had no idea what to do. An hour later, 2 dogs came running in. I was beyond ecstatic. I LOVE ANIMALS. (refer back to Brownie...X)), and usually get along w/ them very well.
There was a Chihuahua dressed in a pink poncho named Shu-shu (pronounced shoe-shoe), and a small labrador looking dog named C.J. I thought Shu-shu was a girl (he was wearing PINK), and so I was like "oh.... look at you, you pretty girl, you so gooooorgus). Then CJ came running in and Shu-Shu literally "threw himself on him".... and was all like "GIVE IT TO ME!".
At first, I was like "aww! they're in love!" Then... CJ started pushing Shu-shu off with his paw and ran off. Shu-shu was obviously "still needy", so he grabbed my arm, stood on his two hind feet and started doing this motion. I was like "Wha----Oh!" "Oh shhhii--" "WHAT THE F___" The top of my hand kinda got in thoch with"Little Shu-shu".
OH! Big surprise... Shu-shu isn't a girl!
Shu-shu is the hornist little boy I have ever seen. He humped everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, in sight. He had the hots for CJ though, because everytime CJ came into the room, Shu-shu would just start pounding on him. And CJ was... PISSED! (I kinda felt bad 4 Shu-Shu). So the second time, Shu-shu took it out on me, I didn't shake him off like I did the first time I just winced and prayed to god that I don't shake hands with Little Shu-shu again.
So yeah. That was the highlight of that weekend.
Now I'm just crashing from lack of sleep.

Two New Years in a Month.

some asian food. looks gross but actually quite delish.

Happy Chinese New Year everybody! The Year of the Ox!
Here is an Ox Horoscope (for anybody who was born 12, 24, 36,... years from now).

Ox Overview
The Ox can do well this year through steady progress. There may be a number of experiences that will provide great joy for the Ox. One area, in particular, is the Ox's personal life. You may see an addition to the family. You will be surrounded by those who care. Look for the early summer months to attend many social occasions, providing many new faces in your social circle. One area of focus is to be open to the advice of others, as you tend to keep your issues to yourself. Overall, your own year can be one that you will look back on with pride and a genuine sense of achievement.
Ox Rating
52% (3 favorable 5 neutral and 4 unfavorable months)
Ox Career
In 2009, the Oxen will be given many opportunities to further your plans and goals, as well as consolidate your position. Steady progress is the position where the Ox is most comfortable and that is where you will find yourself this year. You will also have a chance to impress and gain support from those around you. This is a good year to enhance your skills and add to your repertoire with added training or study. You will be satisfied in knowing that anything you do this year will repay you in this year and the years to come. The months of May, late August and September may mark a change in your career.
Ox Relationships
2009 will be a year of personal happiness. For the single Ox, there may be a chance to engage in new and meaningful friendships, romance, and possibly even marriage. Others will take comfort in their domestic and social lives. Being an Ox year, this is one that will provide enjoyment for you as long as you allow it. Beware of your strong will and do not allow any minor disagreements to escalate and put a damper on a fine year. May is a month that will highly favor a chance meeting or a heightened level in a relationship.
Ox Health
Health matters don't seem to be too much of a concern for the Ox this year, as you are good at implementing some sort of physical activity into your routine. The Ox's discipline does well to carry over into your health. It never hurts to find ways to improve in this area, so don't discount anything that will improve the quality of your life. Even though there may not be any large issues, stress can be a surmounting factor to be aware.
Ox Wealth
The Ox could enjoy an improvement financially, but you may face a number of large expenses over the year. To maneuver your budget through the year of the Ox, exercise care and sensible spending. It would be wise to seek professional advice when it comes to any speculative ventures or risky investments that create some sense of doubt.

Sometimes you gotta try.

Black Tank (Hot Topic), Brown Belt (sis's), Floral Shirt--worn as skirt (H&M)
Call me desperate... I've been dying to get ahold of a floral skirt... (which is completely my fault... b/c once I saw this lovely floral, tiered skirt... but I was like"nahh... I don't need this." Sometimes I could just shoot myself.)
Anyhoo... I wore this shirt a few days back. I love the print but ever since I bought it I always wished it was a minidress or a skirt. So I decided to improvise. I tucked in the sleeves and cinched it with the belt. Alot of people at school said they liked it... but I guess the idea may sound ridiculous to some.
That also brings me to somethings that it's off-topic yet not that off-topic...
I saw this shirt too many times for my taste on other people. (I got it on a sale for $5. I don't know if they did too?...) So I kinda stopped wearing it for awhile...
Jeez. I need a life.
P.S. Don't ask me how I fit into my little sister's clothes sometimes. I just do. And I'm not even skinny. And my sister is no where from fat.
Gosh. I really need to stop saying things when I don't need to.

Dye hard.

Way too happy.
Stepping up.
Even if you can barely see my outfit... I love love this one.
Dye sexy.

Black cardigan (Laundry), white tank (Wetseal), DIY bleached leggings (Kohl's), black boots (Carol's Fashion)
Yep, dyed them. Didn't exactly turn out the way or color I wanted them to be... but ooh well...
Hey! Who knows how to make grey into a lighter grey? Raise your hands!
I have alot to turn learn in DIY.

I need tum-tums.

Gray Shirt (Banana Republic--ripped by me), black leggings (Wetseal warehouse), black leather boots (mom's), beige vest (mom's)

Ever since I got home from school, I've been getting these wierd stomachaches. I don't think I've eaten anything too-bad-for-you. (although I did eat some chocolate cheesecake (mm-mm good)). It's wierd, I get stomach-aches, acid reflexes, vomiting feelings... but can never throw-up.... hmmm...

Can put my hair in a ponytail now! It's only one inches long though...

Oh, used childhoodflames method of ripping stuff. She's a prodigal of DIY. I would love to meet her one day--she's utterly adorable, talently fashionable, and seems so freakin' nice!

I'm kinda ridiculous... twice.

Rainbow top (shameless), white shorts, brown belt and yellow sunglasses (Wetseal warehouse both $1!)
Yep, my yellow glasses broke. I think I'm going to go into a corner and cry softly now.
It's either get them fixed or take the other piece off. Then instead of sunglasses, it'll be dorky, nerdy, yellow glasses... which I've being dying to get my hands on.
P.S. I'm really hoping my parents aren't going to give me the etiquette lecture after seeing this. (same goes for the 1st one). "Everybody'll think you're crazy!" "Don't you have any manners? Behave like a lady!" "Oh no! What about college? What are they going to think after seeing... this? They'll going to think this is "Girls Gone Wild!"
P.P.S. OH! I used Poladroid for the polaroids. Still yet to discover if it's the best think on earth.

I'm kinda ridiculous.

Black oversized long-sleeve (ehh... no clue), White Shorts (some vintage brand), Brown Belt (Wetseal warehouse $1), purple star glasses (FREE!)

Found this awesome pair of baggy, white, unflattering shorts in my mom's closet. (hehe)

Played around with it. This outfit does NOTHING for your figure... oh well.

Oh my landlord. What an amazing set.

I think I'm in love. This set is beyond fabulous. It's from "NY show packages 2009". Styliste from foto_decadent? You are my hero.

I couldn't upload everything... because there's too much greatness that couldn't fit it all into one post. So you'll just have to check out the greatness for yourself... here's the link. Please work... please work. http://community.livejournal.com/foto_decadent/1914171.html#cutid1
P.S. There is a bit of nudity. But come on! It's fashion, it's artwork. What's fashion and artwork without a bit of skin? (I'm so used to it now that whenever I see the word "nudity, I'm like "That's cool... I really like those boots." Plus, we were all born as naked as a monkey's rear end, so it's no big deal). In conclusion, this set is great. It'll be a complete loss not to look.

Paint me pretty.

Tan Button-down shirt (French Laundry), white painted (by me) polo shirt (Abercrombie & Fitch), black suede skirt (vintage)

The three brands that I will never wear is Hollister, American Eagle, and A&F. I personally think their clothes are expensive... and boring. This shirt was given to me by a friend. It's too small, and I accidentally got a hole in it. I hate throwing ANYTHING away, so I decided to innovate. (Is that the right word?)

I had bottles of paint (green, yellow, and blue specifically) and a blank canvas. It turned out all right, the people at school loved it. My mom (as usual) hated it; she gave me this dirty look and was like "So is this your design? You think this is cool?"

What parents do! There to boost your confidence.

P.S. Since my sister takes my pics, she just had to give me Fred the Bear to take a picture with. I have to say, Fred is a natural.
