There's always a "Worst Dressed" and "Best Dressed list. And yet, I always disagree. These "worst dressed" are actually quite stylish... to my taste.
6. The top is pretty; although I hate the open crack at the bottom, I love the draping.
5. Color may be a bit Barbie doll, but Cameron Diaz can definitely pull this off. Last year didn't she wear a minidress in this color? She got huge applause for it... esp. for her legs... ;) But nevertheless... hello Chanel couture? What could be better?
4. Dress may be "drab". But I've seen more drab in the "Best Dressed" section. I really like this weaving thing that's happening here. And the color looks so royal.
3. I don't quite like this dress too much. But I don't think it belongs in the worst dressed section. If you think about it, it's actually quite pretty. The top is fabulous and although the bottom may be a bit frilly, but who doesn't like a little bit of frill?
2. Ok, you've got to be kidding me. Armani? Hello?! I think the sparkling top is gorgeous, but the bottom part is my favorite. So elegant! And it fits Anne Hathway really well. Also, on a side note, I actually liked Hathway's dress last year, remember the long, white dress with that random big bow? I thought it was pretty cute.
1. What the hell is wrong with this beautiful Reem Acra dress? It's royal purple! I adore this dress! When I saw this, I was like "That is one gorgeous dress!" I love the draping and the folds. The jewerly that she wore was also minimal but exquiste. I personally don't like Rumer but I think she looks magnificent here. From her hair to her makeup to her earrings to her purple Reem Acra dress.
This year, the dressed worn at Oscars (I thought) wasn't that wonderful. I actually hated some dresses worn in the "Best Dressed" list. I can definitely make a Worst Best Dressed list. But I won't because that's too mean.
