On Me: White Blazer (Frank Lee), Tourist Vest (Lauren by Ralph Lauren), Army Green Trousers (made by mom), Brown Boots (Blossom), Black Belt (garage sale), Aviators (Ray Ban), White Satchel (secondhand)
On Sister: Pink Dress (DKNY), Black Leggings (Calvin Klein), Pink Shoes (?)
I wanted to separate the animals from the people, so here are my little sister's outfit and mine from the zoo visit. I look like a complete tourist... must frighten off a lot of people. Plus those boots, very clickty-clackty, despite the minimal heel. Unfortunately, if you haven't noticed, I don't a have a closet full of shoes. I have possibly 5 pair of shoes that are wearable for the public. I bought the blazer from the thrift shop for $9, the satchel for ($5), and the vest for $2! Unbelievable. What's also unbelievable is that I got laid off from that place as a volunteer. That's how good I am, one month there, and I'm fired. They say that it's not me, but rather the plentiful amount of volunteers already there. Crap, what am I going to do about my internship for my class? Luck hates me.
On a happier note, doesn't my little sister look darling. She gets alot of hand-me-downs from various friends. Fortunately for her, she gets rather GOOD ones. I love the ruffle detail and the color on the dress. I'm not a fan of pink, but this is the perfect shade for spring. Obviously, Eileen has much better clothes than me.
